My Story
I originally trained as a nurse, which gave me the opportunity to work with a diverse cross-section of society and support individuals through some of their most challenging and upsetting times. It was through this experience that I developed a deep interest in human communication and how we connect with one another.

After navigating the complexities of family life as a wife and mother, my children grew older and became more independent leaving me with a sense of lost identity. This shift sparked a desire to better understand myself and find greater fulfilment - not only for my own sake, but to help others do the same.

It was this yearning for personal growth and a meaningful connection with others that ultimately led me to pursue counselling and psychotherapy. Having personally benefitted from the positive impact of counselling, I now feel deeply passionate about providing that same support to others. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to understand themselves better and build the resilience needed to face life’s challenges.
